Supporting the Land Special Operations Force: A New Partnership with CDW UK and 2iC Limited

We’re proud to announce our latest partnership with CDW UK and 2iC Limited in support of the British Army’s Land Special Operations Force (LSOF). This collaboration marks a significant opportunity to contribute to mission-critical innovation at the tactical edge.

Our team is already embedded alongside users in the field, having delivered a series of targeted research engagements to understand operational context and user needs. We’re now entering the next phase — rapidly iterating toward a physical build that will deliver tangible capability in weeks, not months.

In parallel, we’re applying our deep expertise in Lean Portfolio Management and the Kanban Method to map the end-to-end development value stream. By capturing key flow metrics and visualising work-in-progress, we’re enabling data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement, giving LSOF the agility required to evolve at pace.

This is user-centred delivery, grounded in operational relevance, and designed to scale.
