Then a handful of people have to deliver at the weight of a much larger team, everything the company knows lives in one or two heads, and the customer has started asking for the hero by name.

We take that dependence apart on purpose. Delivery should not rest on which named individual happens to be available. It should rest on a system the customer can see working, and the next bid can point at.

How MilUX does it
